- Whole blood: 30 points
- Automated donation: 45 points
- Automated donation with platelet or double red cell: 65 points
- Appointment kept bonus: 10 points (for appointments made at least 24 hours in advance).

Donating frequently throughout the year ensures that we always have an ample blood supply for patients in need. If it's been 15 months since your last donation, your points will expire and contribute back to support our life-saving mission.
