Gulf Coast Blood Honors Houston-area Hero for Donating 100 Gallons of Blood

Gulf Coast Blood is proud to celebrate Garret VandenBelt, a true community hero, who has reached the extraordinary milestone of donating 100 gallons of blood. His dedication has provided hope and healing for patients across our region, and his generosity reflects the very best of Houston.
A special celebration will be held tomorrow, September 25, at 11 a.m. Members of the media are invited to attend, meet Mr. VandenBelt, and share in this inspiring story of service and compassion. Please plan on arriving by 10:45 a.m. to set up cameras.

Mr. VandenBelt will be recognized with a special award in honor of his selflessness. A spokesperson from Gulf Coast Blood will also be available for interviews.
