Randy Pryor

Randy Pryor recently retired from CenterPoint Energy as Vice President, Distribution Projects and Grid Modernization. He served with CenterPoint and its predecessor companies for 35 years, working in Financial Planning areas along with leading electric distribution and natural gas operations during his career.

Randy is an active member of the community and is past chair of the Texas Gas Association and Southeast Electric Exchange. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas A&M University and completed the Utility Executive Course at the University of Idaho.

He joined the Board of Trustees for Gulf Coast Blood in 2021.
