Randy Pryor

Treasurer

With more than 35 years of experience at CenterPoint Energy and its predecessor companies, Randy Pryor currently serves as Senior Vice President at North Houston Pole Line, a Quanta Services company. Previously, he led CenterPoint Energy’s electric distribution business, overseeing operations, construction, and power delivery solutions across the greater Houston area. He has also held leadership roles in Texas gas distribution business and in financial planning.

Randy is an active member of the community and is past chair of the Texas Gas Association and Southeast Electric Exchange. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Texas A&M University and completed the Utility Executive Course at the University of Idaho.

He joined the Board of Trustees for Gulf Coast Blood in 2021.
