Krista DelSota

Krista DelSota retired in December 2022 as the Market Leader for Willis Towers Watson, overseeing operations across Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Louisiana. In this role, she provided strategic guidance to organizations on integrating human resources programs and managing overall organizational risk. She ensured the alignment of Willis Towers Watson’s services with clients’ business objectives and outcomes.

Krista also served as Chair of the West Region Inclusion and Diversity Council and as a Leadership Liaison, championing equity and inclusion within the organization. Her extensive experience in human resources includes previous roles at The Brock Group, Waste Management, and Hewitt Associates.

She joined the Board of Trustees for Gulf Coast Blood in 2025.
