Henry Noey

Henry Noey is an accomplished consultant and executive with over 40 years of experience. As Managing Principal of Docent PG, LLC, he specializes in helping organizations maximize the value of their advisor and consultant relationships - guiding clients through every stage of the consultant lifecycle, including evaluating current partnerships, leading the search for new advisors, and modernizing agreements to align with organizational goals.

A graduate of Sam Houston State University, Henry previously held senior leadership roles at UTMB, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Willis Towers Watson and Aon Hewitt.

Beyond his professional work, Henry is deeply involved in the Houston community. He has dedicated over 35 years to the Houston Golf Association/First Tee of Greater Houston, and has made significant contributions to organizations such as the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Gulf Coast Blood since 2018, where he also serves as Board Chair.
