Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center is now at Gulfgate!

Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center has proudly made a new home in Houston’s East End. As of March 2008, residents of this community have the opportunity to Commit for Life and help save lives through blood donation.

The new Gulfgate Neighborhood Donor Center opened its doors March 25 and will celebrate its official grand opening Tuesday, April 29. Along with its convenient location at 546 Gulfgate Center, the new donor center is open five days a week with Saturday hours of operation.

The 2,500 square foot facility includes:
- Five donor beds each with a TV/DVD player for the donor’s comfort;
- Donor relaxation area with freshly baked cookies everyday; and
- Children’s play area with video games and toys for the children’s enjoyment.
There will be daily giveaway drawings for those who donate or attempt to donate between April 29 and May 31.
