What is Multi-Factor Authentication?
A second lock on your donor account
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to help protect your Digital Donor account. After entering your password, you'll receive a unique code by text message or email to verify it's really you. It's the same type of security used by banks and healthcare providers.
Starting August 3, MFA will be required to access your Digital Donor account. If you're not ready to enroll, you may choose "Remind Me Later" up to five times before setup becomes mandatory on August 3. Verification codes are valid for 10 minutes after they are sent.
Step 1: Sign In
Log in to your Digital Donor account with your username and password, just like you always do.
Step 2: Check Your Phone or Email
We'll send you a one-time code by text or email to confirm it's you.
Step 3: You're All Set!
Enter your code and you're all set. Your account is protected and ready to go.
